A couple of friends and I went to the location in Concord, NC for the first time. We were greeted by Angel who gave us a breakdown of the menu and suggestions. The food was hot, fresh and served very quickly. The overall experience was fantastic and the staff was very friendly.

We went for Friday family night. To be fast food, the food was delicious. I had chicken tenders that were large and well seasoned. The others had burgers that were fresh and tasty. A caramel Sunday, pumpkin pie and a cup of dirt completed our meal. Completely satisfied!

It was our first visit at this place and the lady that welcomed us in made us feel like friends. When we told her it was our very first time there she said then you will get some custard when you’re done as a gift from us. It was soooo good. What a pleasant experience!

I loved the customer service. We came to Freddy's for our youth outing and the children had a blast. The food was good and the place was clean
I like the fry sauce that thang off the chain it goes well wit the fries and double patty melt is bomb bay.... It was 2nd time going there it Lil pricey but if you like diner style steak burgers this is the place to go...thanks Freddy's and the staff for being the bomb wit the service n attitude...
