Went through the drive thru..Very friendly, fast service..Yeah fast.. They forgot to put the fries in the bag.The fry sauce was in there...So I paid $8.55 for a greasy burger and drink..Knew I should of checked the bag.Took it for granted that they'd get it right .SMH.

It is one of my favorite places to eat in JC and even if they make a mistake on my order they are always friendly and fast with correcting that mistake. Carrie is an amazing manager.

We had a terrible experience in the drive thru last week. It took 15 minutes for our two burger combos and order of fried pickles even though there was no one in front of us. The worker at the window literally sighed and rolled her eyes when I asked for extra fry sauce. Once we got home with our food, they had left the bacon off one burger. The fries were cold and broken into tiny pieces. This is the second time we have been disappointed by this Freddy's since moving to JC.
