Absolutely disgusting old fries and burnt patties tonight! The “cook” right now has no idea what he’s doing. We and our friends are done with Freddy’s in Enid. Sad day indeed. Our last couple of time there have been an utter disappointment; to the point that it has ruined the brand’s reputation. We couldn’t eat it and it was thrown right into the trash!! I’m only taking the time to mention it in some hope that the right person will take it on the chin AND FIX IT! Our worst dinning experience in a decade, I’m sure!

We to get food well we ordered but as we got up to pay the girl at the register screams and jumps to the counter and proceeded to tell another employee to get it while she is up there freaking out they shut the window on us and were trying to get what I’m sure was a mouse!! I told her we do not what our food and that I’m not paying for it because we do not want to eat at a place that isn’t clean!! We are not the only people who have had cleanliness issues with them before!
We had dinner. After dinner the wife decides to get an ice cream. I gave her a $20. When she returns to the table she lays down $6. I'm like what the hell did you get that costs almost $14? Well, the district manager happened to be there. She reviewed the tape and can only say that the cashier handed some amount of money to the wife, and the DM counted the drawer and it's right. So obviously I'm making a big production over trying to steal $10. Oh, did I forget to mention that all I had was $20's, 2 $5's, and a few $1's. One... read more
