It was sad to see the state of this location was in during a recent visit. The heat apparently was not working as they had 2 portable heaters running in the dining room - temp in the dining room was probably around 50 degrees on a cold night. Most of their exterior lighting is out -- Awning lights - lights on their building and lot lights out. The parking lot was so dark it looked like they were closed. The neon "FREDDYS" sign was not working either. Blue paint was chipping through the front doors. Food gets cold really fast... read more

This was by far the best fast food experience I have received. The staff greated me as I entered. After I ordered the food came fast and fresh. The cashier even brought it to me and took my tray. After as I was leaving she told me to have a great day. You hardly ever get this treatment with fast food. Kudos to the Pittsburg,ks Freddys!

Normally the food is yummy! Tonight our fries were so old, they were hard to even chew. We didn’t know this until we got home to eat our meals. We’ll be back, but hopefully, everything will be fresh! �
