RecommendedAmazing food n employees very friendly, very upbeat atmosphere n decor for Halloween was amazing. Food was on point.....only down fall was kids high chair wrapped in plastic during Covid...hard to seat 2 littles 🤷♀️

You hardly get any fries the hamburger patties are so flat and over cooked you can go to McDonald’s and get a double cheeseburger for half the price of what it cost to eat at fast Freddys. For as much as you guys charge you would think you could give us bigger patties and more fries.

I cannot believe how long it takes! I actually love the burgers but Holy cow, i dont have all night to wait in line! Every time it just takes forever and I watch 4 people just standing around visiting while there is a whole line of cars waiting!
If I could post a picture I would.... literally 7 people including the manager standing around at the registers. We ordered 2 ice creams... 15 minutes later we got all while they goofed around. Absolutely ridiculous. Nobody seemed to know what was going on. If I were the franchise owner of this place and walked in- everyone would be sent home and we would reopen at a later date when I could get staff that actually worked. A total of 13 people behind the counters and SLOW SLOW service.

good atmosphere friendly staff and AMAZING food. My fav place to eat in Grand Island and top 3 in Lincoln
Great food and courteous service. The guy taking our order looked young and inexperienced, but did a great job taking our order, was polite, and got our order just right.
