Saturday my cousin bought a front load washer from this used appliance store, they said they would deliver it between 3-5pm and they would call when close to our home, that wasn't a problem, the problem was, we were out n about and got home at 3:23pm and our washer was sitting outside by the back door! bought a fridge it sucked and they promised for two weeks to fix
I recently went to Freddy's Appliances in search of an affordable refrigerator. There was no type of selection to choose from, but I really needed something to store my food since my fridge went bad out of the blue so I chose a decent one. The woman at the store said that they wouldn't be able to deliver same-day due to no driver, that was fine. Freddys Crappy appliances ruined mine and my families christmas. I recently bought a stove and a dryer from there. It broke down so I called the to see if I can get it repaired. They waited two days til christmas to even look it. That day, they actuall fixed my dryer. But not the stove. They took off a piece on the stove that had nothing to do with the problem i was having with the stove. They just left it like that. Broken stove on christmas morning. No christmas dinner.
