I've no clue what they do to the pork chops ... simply the best I've ever had.
We're addicted to Freddie's! Will miss them when we head back to Connecticut. So happy we found them during our winter visit! ☺️

I am in love with Freddie's chops. Every time we go there I try a different one and find a new favorite! The service is always outstanding! Part of me wants to keep Freddie's a secret, but that would be disservice to my fellow food lovers. BTW I see lots of comments for reservations and yes I highly recommend that as well, but they take reservations for parties of 6 or more.
