Absolutely the worst business I have dealt with in a very long time. Promise this, do that. Do that wrong, have you work it out with manufacturer. My equipment still has a glitch but I paid them 100% because I am a man of my word and Freddie Louis’s is a joke. See my Yelp for a kind abbreviated version of my experience. 1. Placed a $3000 job for Katzkin Leather, an Apple Interface and a rear brake light. Waited weeks for the leather and interface to arrive. My small deal was overlooked. After pressure they got what they needed to do the job long after the work was promised. 2. Upon pick up the technician showed me in haste how the interface worked. I note that I was told by office personnel that the gathered leather in my front seats would smooth out in warm weather… it was September. RecommendedI can’t rate Freddie Louis high enough. He has done so much work for me over the years and he is always so nice. He goes above and beyond on each job and makes sure it is done right the first time. 5/5 stars
