I Called them on a friday after they were closed and left a message. They returned my call first thing Monday morning.And by two o'clock that day , I was having the issue with my toothache checked out. I am somewhat of a difficult patient to treat due to a sensitive gag reflex , but they were very accommodating with me as they took the xrays. I strongly do not recommend this practice. Ever since Dr. Fredal the father retired and his girls took over, the quality of care has significantly declined. I had a crown placed in 2022 that came off just one year later. I paid $500 for the crown, and when I returned to have it reattached, I was told it wasn’t possible. Instead, they removed so much of my natural tooth that they completely ruined the structure, shaving it down to the gum line. Love my dentistry team
My best dentist visit ever! Fredal Family Dentistry, immaculate clean office, personable employees, super knowledgeable and very professional. Fredal makes crowns in-house, less than an hour, it was perfect. The high level of care I got has spoiled me for life.
Staff are all very friendly, and the mood is relaxing. The care was personal and customized, and I felt very informed with the process of what I needed done. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new family dentist!
