Matt was excellent. Highly recommend
We put in a complete system upgrade. We went from all electric heating and cooling to a high efficiency heat pump with a propane furnace. The job was completed in two days to remove the old system and install the new one. They had a plumbing service come and install new piping for the propane supply. (Who also did a great job). They crew is great to work with and were very courteous and cleaned everything up afterwards.
I have been working with Lakeside and Fred Williams for close to a year. They put a new central AC unit in our second story. They came when scheduled and the crew worked quickly. They were very courteous. They came back later and rebalanced the system. It worked great. We did have an issue with the compressor on the new system. It was determined that it was manufactured with a defective part (computer brain module) that was not allowing the fan to start.
