had a very disappointing experience with the surgeon’s office staff. They were unprofessional, rude, and seemed unwilling to help with even basic questions. Communication was poor, calls were not returned in a timely manner, and I felt like my concerns were dismissed rather than taken seriously. Dealing with the office added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. From the very first visit, Dr. Lee was friendly but professional. My surgery couldn't have gone better. I wish I'd known about Dr. Lee before I had previous surgeries. I highly recommend him!
