Dr Lee and his entire staff are wonderful. Very professional and easy to communicate with. This is/was a very difficult time in my life and am grateful to have Dr. Lee and staff to see me through.
Dr Lee is one of the finest doctors I have ever met. He is very personable, professional but also friendly. He explained everything and answered all of my questions in language that I could understand. He is truthful and gave me the choice regarding my situation and care. After suffering a fall that resulted in a significant facial laceration requiring more than 20 stitches, I was understandably very concerned about both the immediate repair and the long-term cosmetic outcome. had a very disappointing experience with the surgeon’s office staff. They were unprofessional, rude, and seemed unwilling to help with even basic questions. Communication was poor, calls were not returned in a timely manner, and I felt like my concerns were dismissed rather than taken seriously. Dealing with the office added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation.
