If I could give this company negative stars I would. They allowed a very mentally ill family member to change the locks on a property that I am the title holder of. Shady business practices to take money from someone who is in a state of paranoid delusion and to lock out the legal owner of the property. When I called the woman answering the phone was dismissive and admitted that she knew this would be trouble when she scheduled it and there was no way to prevent it happening again and she couldn't help me change the locks wh... read more

Fred The Fixer is the ONLY place to get keys made! I had four keys made over the weekend at a "we make keys too" business and only 1 of the keys worked partially; it would unlock but not lock. I took the keys in to Fred The Fixer the following Monday and unfortunately they weren't able to salvage the ones I just had made, but the keys that they remade for me work so good. They are perfect! After my 5 year old locked the doors of our van, resulting in me not being able to open the door and get our 8 month old daughter out, I had my husband call our Road Side Assistance (my card was locked in the car, with the baby AND my spare keys, from my work bag). He then called me, from work, to say there was no chance to get them to do anything for 2-3 hours, due to weather around the country.
