Terrible customer service. Preys on blacks and low income people. Charges 600 dollars plus extra fees to not follow through with a complete return, impossible to get in contact with them. Tax preparer blocked my number which is extremely unprofessional when they have your personal information. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! Do not give them your personal information. Go elsewhere
