“Dr. Fred” is one of the best primary care practitioners I have had in my 60+ years. He is thorough, knowledgeable, encouraging and he truly cares. He always goes the extra mile to help his patients (me and others) even outside the scope of his expertise. He finds solutions by navigating through the system and connecting his patients to the right people. I feel very lucky to be his patient. He’s a young man that is really making a positive difference in the community and the people that he interacts with!

I have seen Fred Smith as my primary sense about 2019 He's very knowledgeable considerate show empathy and interesting your health his main goal is to make you a better person than you were before you came to him if that's possible. He was at the one on Summit avenue Oak Street health and he transfer to the Gate City Oak health and I follow them there. I recommend oak Street health to anyone that ask me how I feel about my primary and hopefully the bar that you all have set for yourself will always stay at 5 plus.
