Fred has been our realtor twice! He helped us by our first home, then sell it (for more than asking price), and finally helped us find, and buy the home we're currently in. I can't say enough great things about him.
Fred Sharp is the best realtor! He has helped us buy and sell multiple properties (raw land and residential) over the past 18 years since we moved to CDA. He is honest, kind, hard working and exhibits integrity. Those are fundamental attributes we seek and require in a realtor.
This is a Realtor that lies to hurt other people for his own gain. Shame. Lived here my whole life and always do what I can to help people. Do yourself a favor and get a realtor that is honest.
