Angie, the manager, and the gal who handles the logistics all made me feel like family. Donny, the body repair specialist, even ran a post check with me after the repair. Had a great experience getting my traverse fixed after damage to the passenger side in an accident. It looks brand new and they made sure to keep me updated throughout the process of them repairing my vehicle. Everyone was so nice and the quality of work really shows!!

We hit a deer on Georgesville Rd. We took our van in for repairs to the front end and had our vehicle “Fiona” back in less that a week. These folks are honest, kind, and just an overall great business. You can see why they are a west side institution. Thank you for everything!

My grandfather used to have his cars repaired here during the 70's. I had my car fixed here over a year ago. They took care of everything - including working with my insurance company and scheduling the rental car. I dropped off my car at 8am and it was done by lunchtime the next day. I was more than pleased with the results.
