Tried to call for service and nobody answered, just got an automated message that the dealer is closed indefinitely and someone comes in once a week to respond to messages. Why even bother responding to messages if your out of business?
Good for service
Scheduled car for a recall, sat up new tires also when told parts were in for recall work. Went to appointment, waited work to be completed. Person at counter said I was set to go, didn't see any mention of recall work on bill and I questioned it. It was only then that I was told the tech qualified to do the recall work no longer worked there. If I did not question it l would have assumed it was done. Now wonder what tech that worked on car is qualified for
I’ve been taking my Honda to Mueller Ford in Phillips for oil changes and tire rotation since I bought the vehicle new in 2021. The tires were rotated a month ago. A friend looked at them and saw the wear bars are showing. This was never brought to my attention by MF. I have little knowledge of cars. I depend on the people I pay to make an effort to keep me safe. That didn’t happen.
