Terrible service and warranties never actually cover anything on a used vehicle there
After buying a new Jeep here and bringing our ford truck in for service spending well over 50k. We had made an appointment to have more work done on the truck. On the day we arrived the appointment time was not on your schedule and when we tried to work something out for a reschedule the service manager came out to discuss it and became belligerent and finally told us TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE ! Well I guess we will unless we receive an apology and you make this ok again.
Called to make an appointment for Dodge car repairs yesterday morning. I was told person to speak with was in a meeting and he would call me back. It's 24 hours later and still no return of my call. Guess they do not need the business.
