I called today to get one of my Rx transferred from hospital to FM, since I use FM Pharmacy for my monthy Rxs. I was told to call the hospital pharmacy. Once I did that, the hospital pharmacy told me that FM has to make the request. So, had the customer service at FM done their job correctly the first time, I wouldn't be making multiple calls trying to get my Rx transferred, only the first call. If I could give the no stars I would. They never have my medication completed on time. I have to call and ask if it is done. I was told it would be ready in an hour to get there and be told they don't even have that in stock after having the prescription for 6 days. At no time was I contacted and this isn't the first time this has happen. Complete negligence.
The wait time in the drive through is HORRENDOUS! Seriously, it’s time to fix it! I’m transferring my scripts to Walmart.
