This is the absolute WORST place to get your meds. There's usually (about 90% of the time) a line, even when your 💩 is ready. Even at the drive through! Which is always usually CLOSED. They're ALWAYS short on staff .. the staff are alright, but damn.... Also they hang up on you when you call and you've been on hold for 20 minutes. This has happened multiple times. I have to leave a rating at this point to warn folks: DO NOT GET YOUR MEDS HERE. It is an absolute nightmare.
Well, I am a new pharmacy customer and the beginning when I had to get everything transferred from one place to here was a nightmare of an experience but it was not just Fred Meyer Pharmacy at fault, it was all involved, including myself, but once that got rectified, everything seems to go smoothly now. They are local, knowledgeable and understanding and with all that it makes for a positive experience.
Fast and friendly! Easy to use the automated system to check on prescriptions without waiting forever to speak to someone.
I transfered. Y prescriptions from the Lake City location and I must say this is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. The used to do auto refill for my meds but now they are trying to say my insurance doesn't allow it so I called my insurance. My insurance said they allow auto refills. It takes up to 2 days to get my medication
