This is a very busy pharmacy. More often than not the workers are nice and efficient. My prescriptions are almost always done in a timely manner.
They really need to improve their customer service and RX notifications process. Let customers know when you are out of stock on a medication instead of sending a generic text that you are filling it… Inform customers ahead of time and instruct them they need to do the leg work to check around instead of having them wait thinking their RX is being filled - especially ones that are critical for a customer to take. Would rather drive farther away to avoid this pharmacy even though we shop here weekly for groceries.
They take so long to fill every single prescription no matter what it is
