I received notice that pharmacy had received my prescription on July 7 at 12:20 pm. On-line Rx status says it should have been ready by 2:20 pm. It's still not ready more than 24 hours later at 3:26 pm on July 8. It seems to be SOP that a prescription is not actually worked on until I go into the store and ask for it. It can go on for days until I actually go into the store. To top it off, when I try to call and speak to pharmacy staff, the call is actually disconnected at the point it is ringing pharmacy staff. This specific location and the people in it are wonderful. Company wise it's definitely one of the better pharmacies. Most of the problems came down to insurance or supply issues which they try their best to deal with but it sometimes isn't up to the pharmacy or people there. The Fred Meyer system itself has had some glitches or weirdness too, but the people working there do their best and it's appreciated.
Overall this is great place. Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank You for your hard work.
