Today I called the pharmacy to see if my prescription was ready to be picked up and I waited on hold for 20 minutes before being hung up on. This was the second time I’ve waited on hold just to be hung up on today which is unacceptable after waiting on hold so long. My prescriptions are almost never ready on time here either and are almost always late being filled. Better than CVS and Walgreens for faster lines, answering the phone, and filling more quickly. Their text system seems buggy, but at least they answer when you call so you can check your Rx status if needed.
