We have gone to the Walker Rd location for a couple years. I have nothing but good things to say about them. The Auto Refill is text to me when my meds are ready and always on time. I requested an as needed med refill while there and it was ready within 30 minutes. The staff are polite and knowledgeable. The pharmacist takes time to answer all my questions. And they offer a discount card to help save us money. I don't mind waiting in line because I know they are giving everyone the same courtesy they give to us.
I appreciate the improvements they have made with fast and timely refills. The staff is always polite and friendly. Avoid dinner rush if you can as that's when the lines are long.
Honestly, I like this pharmacy better than a lot of others. Staff have always been nice to me in-person. It can be difficult to talk on the phone. It moves along quickly sometimes and slower on other occasions, but I've seem way worse. They've always had whatever prescription I've needed pretty accessible to me. It's a go-to for me to get refills on some daily medications.
The staff were rude to me on the phone, cut me off, and failed to describe basic options for transferring my prescription.
