Horribly irresponsible staff members. Never has our prescriptions ready before we get there, especially when prescriptions were sent a day prior. This has happened multiple times with important medications that were needed, and we come late in the day. Plenty of time to do it. Time to clean house, because this is unacceptable, I see why the ratings for this pharmacy is so low.
If you get someone other than "Patti", you'll probably find the experience satisfactory, even good. I happen to have been unlucky, I suppose, and get Patti most of the time. She's got a terrible customer service attitude. She looks at me like I'm some kind of vermin for asking for my prescription. She just stared at me until I offered my date of birth. Didn't say a word. Bad customer service, the staff is really not willing and annoying to help you. Very bad experience with customer service people.
Yeah you should probably talk to Ethan in the electronics. Didn't even give me a chance to add my rewards # before cashing me out. What's the point of having a rewards system if your employees dont even give you a chance to use it. Come on dude, its minimal effort on your part.
