I used to work at the Eagle River Fred Meyer Meat Department, the meat manager is crooked and sly, he won't toss out meat that has expired, it gets used WEEKS out of date, he will just turn the boxes with the date against the wall in the back room or remove the dates or cross out the dates on the boxes with a magic marker, the grinder is used in the early AM and not cleaned till 7PM even though the policy is to clean it AFTER EVERY USE, I never buy meat there because I simply don't want to get sick, this all has been brought... read more
