My significant other purchased earrings for me earlier this year from this location. I wore them for Thanksgiving and noticed today that one of the rubies had fallen out. I went to the store to see what could be done. I wish I would have gotten the employee’s name because she was absolutely WONDERFUL! She looked at the earrings and found they still had the same type in the store and replaced my earring with a new one. Leanne is the best jewelry expert ever! She helped me pick out my wedding jewelry and made the whole experience so special and stress-free. Her taste, guidance, and patience were incredible, and I truly felt like she cared about making everything perfect for me. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help with such an important part of my big day! Highly recommend!
Not impressed with the service by Brandon. Very rude and makes you feel like an inconvenience for coming in. Will not be back to this location.
