I had 3 rings resized here and within 90 days 2 of the bands have broken. I would advise going elsewhere for resizing. Never has this happened at any other place I had a ring resized

The personnel at the Idaho Falls store were absolutely fabulous today! James and Kathy went above and beyond in helping me sort through my late Grandma's jewelry and giving me estimates on the value of each individual item. They were very kind and were sincerely interested in helping me, something that is truly rare in today's world. By the time I left, it felt like we were almost family. I will forever sing their praises! Thanks Fred Meyer Jewelers! Y'all are the best!!
We took my engagement ring in for a v-prong repair. When we went to pick it up I complained about the quality of the repair. I was told that's the way it is supposed to be. I only wore my ring maybe 20 times in six months. One of the prongs broke off at the repair point!! When I took it back to another Fred Meyer I was told they only guarantee repair work for three months!!! Don't take anything to be repaired to the Idaho Falls Fred Meyer Jewelry Store!!! The quality of the repair was very poor, and expensive.
