We took my engagement ring in for a v-prong repair. When we went to pick it up I complained about the quality of the repair. I was told that's the way it is supposed to be. I only wore my ring maybe 20 times in six months. One of the prongs broke off at the repair point!! When I took it back to another Fred Meyer I was told they only guarantee repair work for three months!!! Don't take anything to be repaired to the Idaho Falls Fred Meyer Jewelry Store!!! The quality of the repair was very poor, and expensive.
Got a fine selection of watches if I do say so myself
I am always welcomed with kind smiles from Jamie and Jessica. I have received incredible customer service from them! Especially making my dream wedding ring!
I absolutely love this store. We have gotten a lol my jewelry from here for over 15 years. Every store I go to here in Idaho or Utah is filled with beautiful jewelry and friendly people.
