Heather does an amazing job here! Very kind, courteous, low-pressure sales always from her. Great prices too! I buy all my fine jewelry from here and will always in the future as long as Heather works there.
I bought jewelry in the past here with no problems but the past year or so has been an awful experience, basically everytime. The staff has been very rude, rolling eyes, and defensive like and very bad communication. They need to work on salesmanship, communication and customer service. I am traveling to another jewelers.
I drove from Klamath 53+ miles today to get a watch band and battery only to be told they just did inventory and could not sell me either. Really?! I have never experienced this before. Very disappointed with this experience!
