Fraud and rude manager. I took my diamond ring in there to get three tiny diamonds replaced. I have this done on the same Ring a couple years ago and the cost was $300. When dropping it off, I told them I just needed the three stones done. She asked if I had insurance on the ring, I let her know I did for $2000.
