Uneducated jewelers. Poor communication. Only reason I’d stay with Fred’s jewelers is for their warranty. I’ll never go to the Fred’s jewelers in the valley. I suggest go to anchorage. Believe it or not costco has a good warranty for jewelry too!

Great service
I was recently given a bracelet for a gift that was purchased at Fred Meyers. After I had it sized I attempted to wear it. I wore it three times. Each and every time I wore it, the bracelet fell off my wrist. Lucky for me, I found it each time. I stopped wearing the bracelet and a couple of months later I took it to the store for them to fix it. The salesgirl agreed it was defective and then told me they could fix it for a sum of $72.00.
