I needed to bring my ring in as I lapsed my yearly cleaning to keep my lifetime warranty/upgrade active. I moved to a state where Fred Meyer jewelers wasn’t available so went years without doing this. DON'T SHOP AT THIS STORE!!! I apologize this is so long but read it all, for your own protection!!!Beautiful jewelry and good prices on some things BUT BEWARE!! I took my deceased Mother's 4 stone diamond wedding ring in to have the clasps redone (something they told me needed doing) and sizing. The "gentleman" who waited on me and who does repairs on the jewellery commented (after inspecting the diamonds) that he had not seen that high grade of diamonds in a very long time and that it was beautiful.
