Ruined My Jewelry and Refused to Refund – Terrible Experience I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. I sent in a piece of jewelry to be repaired and it came back damaged, melted terribly far worse than when I sent it. Went in to get my necklace chain replaced since it has broken again. At my normal location when it breaks (cheap necklace) I just go in and they replace the chain no problem look up my account, clean the diamonds in the pendent etc., tonight I decided to go here and not only would the older lady not look up my account, she refused to replace my chain or help me out in any way shape or form and was rude about the whole situation stating she isn’t allowed to replace the chain etc. yet that is EXACTLY why I paid for the care pl... read more
Parking is tight and limited otherwise a great store
The store manager Sue is arrogant, passive aggressive and incredibly incompetent at her job. My wife took her engagement ring which was under warranty in for a small repair and a basic clean and Sue decided that it wasn’t worth the repair and tried to give us a cheaper knock off ring in exchange and sent our ring off to be destroyed, all without calling and talking to my wife first.
