This is a belated review for the outstanding experience my wife and I had at this location in July. We very quickly decided to go for an elopement in Las Vegas after trying to plan our wedding for years. We were able to get help in ordering the ring she wanted that she picked out online, it arrived swiftly and it looked amazing thanks to their expert craftmanship. We greatly appreciated David for helping us figure out a solution for our situation, he was the best!
Ruined My Jewelry and Refused to Refund – Terrible Experience I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. I sent in a piece of jewelry to be repaired and it came back damaged, melted terribly far worse than when I sent it. Not only was it ruined, but I was also denied a refund despite clear proof that the damage was their fault. This was a meaningful item to me, and now it’s completely unwearable. Went in to get my necklace chain replaced since it has broken again. At my normal location when it breaks (cheap necklace) I just go in and they replace the chain no problem look up my account, clean the diamonds in the pendent etc., tonight I decided to go here and not only would the older lady not look up my account, she refused to replace my chain or help me out in any way shape or form and was rude about the whole situation stating she isn’t allowed to replace the chain etc. yet that is EXACTLY why I paid for the care pl... read more
