At first I looked around at several other local shops, but luckily on a whim I poked my head in to ask a couple basic questions, and had a great time discussing my vision for the perfect ring! Julia helped me navigate the decisions to create a spectacular CUSTOM engagement ring! It turned out even better than I could have imagined. Timeless style and heirloom quality. Very grateful to have found a place that was low pressure and willing to answer all my diamond newbie questions!
I went here with 3 watches that needed new batteries. They weren't able to replace a single one -- no appropriate tools. So much for the sign over the entry "watch and jewelry repair."
