ngl imo we looked hella ghetto but were helped very well lol my husband bought a ring online and it did not fit my finger so we brought it in to see what we could do. he didn’t buy the lifetime warranty so we bought it then & there and the ring was sent to be resized. it was estimated to be 3weeks but it took 1 when they called us. the people there were kind and helpful!

I wanted to give 0 stars but there is not an option unfortunate. I went two weeks ago to replace one of the missing opals for my ring and they said it was going to take no more than 10 days because I explained many times I even showed my ID that I don't live here in Anchorage and they said they were going to put it for rush service and a total estimate of $60 dollars. Ein Shop den ich nicht mehr besuchen werde. Es gibt viel bessere in anchorage.
Helped me find the exact ring my fiancé wanted and weee able to find me the best doom of at a reasonable price and to top it off they also assisted with the financing… 10/10 would recommend again and will be coming back for all of my jewelry needs
