I was told by the woman there that they don’t do gift exchanges and my only option for the gift I received would be to refund the card it was purchased with. She had an attitude when I pushed back and simply stated she doesn’t make the rules. She doesn’t know the rules. Another employee stepped in and said I could exchange it.
