Purchased an opal ring that fell out of the setting within 6 months. They offered exactly nothing because I didn't opt into their care plan.
Went in to buy a wedding ring today, Damien was our helper and he was incredibly pushy and talked down on another locations employees. Just came off as arrogant. We ended up driving to a location in Vancouver and wasn't pushed, just helped (as just about everybody would prefer) and bought the ring through them.
Two star because I absolutely love my watch, but the sales woman is an absolutely atrocious lady to deal with. Rude to a point of comical, it seems like an act it's so off-putting. Seems to be a trend judging from the other reviews...
