There was a women named Win or something who was very rude to me, I was looking for a replacement ring very eager to buy one Visited Fred Meyer jewelry counter the a few days ago. Just wanted my watch battery replaced, which I'd had done at Fred Myer before. Another customer was behind me in line, obviously wanting to buy jewelry. I was told they couldn't open my very common timex to replace the battery. I'm sure the clerk was afraid she'd lose a commission and just didn't want to take the time to replace my battery. Batteries Plus will offer perpetual replacement for about $3 more if you want your battery replaced.
These guys are great. I visited them to get assistance with adjusting my watch bracelet; both team members were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I left feeling valued and well taken care of.
