I don’t usually write reviews, but with the help I received from Tiffany, it’s the least I could do. I purchased me and my wife’s ring here a few years ago. Mine ended up having some issues, but she was very understanding about it and was able to come up with a solution that worked for us. Thanks again for all your help! We will definitely be returning here in the future.
Not ones to typically write reviews, but after receiving such exceptional service from Tiffany in the jewelry department, we really wanted to acknowledge her for making the extra effort to obtain the exact rose gold ring we were looking for that they don't generally carry in the store. Swapping necklaces and trying to give the wrong jewelry back to a customer is BS that's theft as well as avoiding talking to the customer by management is ridiculous. Give her the right necklace back.
The worst. Took my ring to get sized. They called me with an estimate of $900. Asked them to come back with a better price, met with radio silence. When I didn't hear from them 1 week later, I called and said I just wanted my ring back. Took them 2 days and a follow up call from me to get it back. This waste of time took almost a month. Took to another jeweler- $400 for size and adjust for 2 separate rings, done in 4 days. Absurd.
