Horrible service every time I've had to go in and have my bracelet repaired as it has broken 3 times in 90 days. My son bought me a beautiful bracelet for mothers day last year. He purchased the LIFETIME WARRANTY. Well the first 2 times it broke they fixed it. The 3rd time they said I could get $49.00 for it, not what my son paid, after she laughed as she was walking out saying ha ha when did you purchase this. I said I didn't buy it my son did. Although it is a great store with great stuff, don't buy couches. They sold us a couch with urine, dog hair, and other stuff you wouldn't want on your couch. If Fred Meyers is reading this, please do not return and reuse old couches. Thank you!

Great customer service. Mimi was very informative and helped me find the right piece of jewelery. Wouldn't stop until I was satisfied with what I picked out. As well as making sure I knew how to keep my piece look beautiful now and forever. Will definitely come back for her excellent customer service.
