Amazing people
I went to go get my watch battery replaced around midday and when I approached the man and woman working there they greeted me kindly and were very helpful. The man let me know the price of the battery replacement (~$15) and warned that due to the structure of my watch replacing it could end up with a minor scratch. Thankfully, the replacement went without any problems and he even set the time and date for me! It’s been a couple of weeks and it works perfectly
long story short: took my ring in to get it tightened, old manager Ricia lost my ring, and then lied to us when called checking in. she told her associates to lie to us as well. after five weeks i was given a different ring without being told it wasn’t mine. it was several sizes too big and the center diamond was crooked. we got a refund for what we paid, and expected more considering the manipulation and deceit. all we were offered was a $100 gift card. that is nothing in comparison to the sentimental value you lost and wor... read more
