I took my wife's platinum wedding band in to be resized. The person handling the transaction quoted me $90, then, after doing all the paperwork. said it would be $156. That wasn't awesome. Then, when the ring was completed, I noticed that the engraving inside the ring was gone. When I asked about it, they told me I should have requested it to be preserved, which I DIDN'T KNOW I NEEDED TO DO. I went in to look at a Citizen watch I had seen online. They said they could order it in and wrote down the SKU. They told me it would be 1-2 weeks to get in. 2 weeks later they called and said my watch was ready to be picked up. When I went to pick up the watch it was the wrong SKU (silver instead of grey). I took it back, and they said they would get the right one. A couple days later they called and said that Citizen told them the SKU I ordered isn't available. I called to check on the status of my wedding set which was expected to be completed on the 24th. I spoke to a lady named Robin who kept talking over me and said that they called me on the 18th and that maybe I should check my voicemail. I informed her that no one called me and there is no voicemail on my phone. I have been going to this store for over 10 years, but I'm not sure I will keep going back with such rude customer service. Do better!
