This jeweler practiced a dishonest "bait-and-switch" and then insulted me for questioning it. After an initial quote of $114 to have my ring resized, I was called and told the new price was $360. When I asked for a written breakdown via email or text as previously promised in person, they refused, claiming they "didn't have that capability." I dropped off an Omega watch for service, it took 4 months to come back. When it came back I was out of town but I picked it up 34 days later, while they were goo going over the repairs that were made the crown fell off. The jeweler told me that the work wasn’t under warranty because it had been over 30 days since they received it, but I had to pay if I wanted the watch back. The crown wasn’t broken when I dropped it off. I suppose this is what I should have expected from a jeweler in a grocery store.
Eduardo was amazing. I've never had a bad customer service experience there but Eduardo was specifically exceptional. My wife's wedding rings needed to be sent for repairs and plating. He was so professional, clearly cares a lot abput projecting a sense of compassion and positivity. My hat is off to whoever stole that guy away from UPS or FedEx (I can't remember where he said he used to work). He goes above and beyond, dresses sharp as a tack, i just can't say enough good about him. Ask for him, you won't be disappointed.
I was gifted a few sets of hoop earrings (with warranty) less than a month ago. After wearing only one pair for a couple days, one kept falling out repeatedly. Upon further inspection the hoop That kept falling out was not clicking into place correctly - About four of the other earrings were like this too with not even being worn yet. I figured since they're under warranty I would just bring them in to be tightened so they could function correctly, not fall out, and all would be well.
