I was gifted a few sets of hoop earrings (with warranty) less than a month ago. After wearing only one pair for a couple days, one kept falling out repeatedly. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Purchased a ring, was told it would be there by the 17th. It's the 21st and I've made several phone calls and no one seems to care. They have my money so who cares if they meet they're end of the deal.
