I went there yesterday to look at rings with my boyfriend and they were closed, that's not the reason for the 1 star. I went back today by myself to just see if there were any styles I liked. I like the large variety of colored gemstone rings. HOWEVER, the salesman had the charisma an unrefrigerated dead fish. I would look at a ring and hand it back. He was incredibly unengaging. He didn't really talk to me, only answered questions very basically. Even ignored me when I asked to look at one.
Eduardo was awesome! Had to get my inherited ring resized for my wedding. Last minute my fiance and I decided to elope early and we wanted the ring earlier than expected. Eduardo helped us out and even got the ring there on a day they don't usually get rings delivered from where they are resized. He was very careful and respectful with the ring which went a long way! He remembered our names and made us feel important. Great service!
ORIGINAL POST: Back in November, I trusted Fred Meyer to resize a platinum and diamond ring set I inherited from my mother - wedding band and wedding ring. They did a great job, and I wore the rings for about seven months, always taking them off for physical activity and mostly just wearing the band. Destroyed family heirloom(antique watch) when we brought it for repair. They took no responsibility, showed no remorse, and would not even refund the “repair” cost.
