They resized and reset my grandmothers ring very quickly!
I went in to look at a Citizen watch I had seen online. They said they could order it in and wrote down the SKU. They told me it would be 1-2 weeks to get in. 2 weeks later they called and said my watch was ready to be picked up. When I went to pick up the watch it was the wrong SKU (silver instead of grey). I called to check on the status of my wedding set which was expected to be completed on the 24th. I spoke to a lady named Robin who kept talking over me and said that they called me on the 18th and that maybe I should check my voicemail. I informed her that no one called me and there is no voicemail on my phone. I have been going to this store for over 10 years, but I'm not sure I will keep going back with such rude customer service. Do better!
Got my ring fixed. Diamond was loose but not anymore!!!! Can finally wear my ring after not being able to for years.
Customer experience is phenomenal!!! Will definitely be back in the future.
