My fiancé and I came to this location looking for engagement rings and the staff were very friendly and helpful in explaining their expertise in a way that was helpful and practical. Even though we didn't end up purchasing from them, it was a great overall experience.

I had an excellent experience at this Fred Meyer Jewelers (MUCH better than the service I got at the WJ location). As soon as I walked in I was greeted by two employees. I wasn't actually there to purchase anything that day but instead to see if they could help me untangle a horrible knot of five fine-chain necklaces.
