My husband and I both have purchased our wedding rings from this store. In the past we have had decent service. I needed to take in my ring again because the diamond fell out....AGAIN. This makes the third diamond that has fallen out. When we purchased the ring originaly, we were not informed that we needed to make annual inspections to our rings so therefore when I took my ring in today I was told that even though we have a warranty on it I still have to cough up the money to replace the diamonds. Great service and prices. Check out their guarantee services they definitely come in handy: I was able to pass down a ring and the guarantee covered a service needed.
My fiancé and I came to this location looking for engagement rings and the staff were very friendly and helpful in explaining their expertise in a way that was helpful and practical. Even though we didn't end up purchasing from them, it was a great overall experience.
