Lisa at Florence location is an absolute joke and needs a class on customer service!!!
They are the slowest at filling prescriptions. I have updated my phone number with them on 2 different occasions and they still don't have it right. We wait an hour and 15 minutes for a script to get filled then when my husband goes to get it they say oh sorry it's not filled because it says you are allergic to one med. My husband asked well did you call us or page us on the intercom. They said yes but then tried to say we didn't update our number. RecommendedFred Meyer Pharmacy in Grants Pass is a very busy place, and sometimes the wait IS long. BUT, I have to say that the people working at the pharmacy are wonderful. They are kind and caring and helpful. And, the people make it worth the wait! Yesterday, I dropped off a prescription and Justin took care of me. He was insanely busy, but maintained his smile and pleasant attitude as he checked with my insurance to make sure my meds would be covered. Poor customer service, long lines, meds not stocked with poor reliability on orders.
I have issues every time I use FM Newberg. I did call today to verify a new prescription and was confirmed by the pharmacy what it was and that it would be ready. When I get there it’s not ready, too early for a refill on a brand new prescription. Second clerk says she has to call ins co because it’s too early for a refill. Then I get told the dr sent it somewhere else and she has to cancel and have it resent to FM. Then it is magically ready in less than 5 min. FM never fills orders in 5 min. RecommendedWe used this store and the one on 164th. Now I shop mostly at Smith’s at Sky Canyons LasVegas. Can’t do better than a Kroger store.
bought a security system from them for 299. And it wasn't in the box. They sold me rags and garbage. Told me they will not return it. They stole 299 dollars from me and my grandma and won't fix this problem.
