Scheduled an appointment to have a recall fixed. In the Notes section, I specifically said I wanted the trailer brake controller fixed, and if the part wasn't in stock to contact me. I showed up at my 10:45 appointment and waited 3 1/2 hours. When it came time to check out they said they only did two of the 3 recalls because they didn't have the part for the third. Ridiculous having to argue with AI just to get in touch with the service department and never get to actually speak with a real person in the service department

I love my Jeep very much. Despite her needing an annoying amount spent on her to feel better. I had my jeep in the shop twice this summer Despite the frustration, Hunter is the best to work with. Hunter makes it bearable. Yay Hunter!

Took my Jeep in for a recall. I was told the service would take 2 hours. 2 days later I finally heard back and was able to get my Jeep back. The AI phone system is terrible. I was also taken back by the lack of common courtesy of the service team members when I arrived at Fred Martin. I got out of my Jeep and not one person greeted me or acknowledged me. I had an outstanding experience with the service department at Fred Martin Superstore. Hunters communication throughout the entire repair process was top-notch. He kept me informed from the moment I dropped off my vehicle until it was ready to go and the team got the work done incredibly fast. Thanks again guys. 5 stars for sure.
