Dropped off my truck for some electrical gremlins running around. I made an appointment, then was told after the truck was there that they would get to it in a few days. If I had known that I would have kept driving it until they were actually going to work on it, instead of bumming rides from other people. Unfortunately the gremlins were in hiding while it was there or they jumped to another truck because it has not done it since. I was in Columbus for a work conference and got a nail in my tire. I was unable to get anyone to fully fix it in Columbus, but they filled it with air and me told I could make it home to Akron. I drove straight to Fred Martin Service Center, arriving around 5PM. Jim helped me right away, despite being an hour until close, getting a mechanic to assess the damage, and provide a safe fix so I could get home. Thank you much to Jim and the rest of the team for the prompt service!

I recently brought my car in to address a noise that was happening when I let off the gas. For starters, $185 just to look at it. Typical for dealerships but go to another shop that will look at it for free or a small fee. They discovered two possible issues and I agreed to have them repaired even though I was told they couldn't guarantee that was the issue.
