I had an excellent experience with the Fred Martin Superstore Service Center. I recently dropped off a work van that’s part of a fleet contract, which can sometimes complicate repairs and internal approvals. The team at Fred Martin made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. I brought the van in after the ABS light came on and I noticed the cruise control had stopped working. I leased two cars from Trusty and was unfortunately forced to deal with these charlatans for all my repair needs. Both cars had numerous problems that I paid out of my own pocket for Fred Martin to "fix" only to get them back for a few days and have then become inoperable again due to "unforeseen" issues. Mind you I'm still paying a lease and these idiots would keep my car in their shop for weeks at a time. I waited 2 hours for a “speedy” oil change. Then as I was getting on the highway my hood wasn’t shut so I had to pull over on the highway to close it. Never again will I go to them.

Dropped off my truck for some electrical gremlins running around. I made an appointment, then was told after the truck was there that they would get to it in a few days. If I had known that I would have kept driving it until they were actually going to work on it, instead of bumming rides from other people. Unfortunately the gremlins were in hiding while it was there or they jumped to another truck because it has not done it since.
