Took my Jeep in for a recall. I was told the service would take 2 hours. 2 days later I finally heard back and was able to get my Jeep back. The AI phone system is terrible. I was also taken back by the lack of common courtesy of the service team members when I arrived at Fred Martin. I got out of my Jeep and not one person greeted me or acknowledged me. I had an outstanding experience with the service department at Fred Martin Superstore. Hunters communication throughout the entire repair process was top-notch. He kept me informed from the moment I dropped off my vehicle until it was ready to go and the team got the work done incredibly fast. Thanks again guys. 5 stars for sure.
Two and a half months plus some. That's how long it took for my car to be in running condition again. Why did it take that long? Parts couldn't seem to find the differential required to fix my car. What happened next? I FOUND THE PART FOR THEM USING GOOGLE. I provided the link for the part within a month since they had so much trouble locating one. I had a wonderful buying experience with my new vehicle I purchased a couple months ago....I however had a conversation with someone at service to discuss a small issue with the car and essentially was told they were not interested in helping with anything unles I was willing to pay for the entirety of any replacement/repair. I competely understand their position its just his posture was so aggressive for no reason which was very disappointing
