Mo , at the Service Dept was great. He kept me informed along the way of the status of the service repairs and when it was completed. When I came to pick up my 2019 Ford Escape, that I’ve had over a year now, he listened as I voiced my concern and frustration that this Escape has now been in the service shop, over 5 times now with oil leak issues and other pertinent issues.
