On 4/9 we had a service visit and had the best service ever. Steph is a great worker, she took her time cleaning our boiler. She paid attention to every detail. Her work was incredible, she did not go till everything was done and looked good. Truly the best!
Horrible customer service they talk to there customers like you need them and they don’t need you the manager is a guy and he has a very bad attitude problem I order oil on a Friday was told I would get a delivery on Monday I told them it was a emergency do to the storm 2/23/26 the manager of this company is a straight faced liar
With so many company options available, I can proudly say that we have been satisfied customers for over 50 years. All around great service. What I especially appreciate is their willingness to be accommodating! And I must mention that everyone who answers the phone is kind and professional. That in itself speaks volumes.
I had Schildwachter install an new oil burner and water heater. They were amazing! I worked with Andrew to figure out what exactly I needed for my house. Danny, Chris and Stephanie worked all day until my boiler was complete. They were professional friendly and kind. They answered all the questions I had before, during and after the job was complete. They provided incredible service and I would highly recommend them for any boiler and oil needs!
