Update: happened to “stumble” with one of their company maintenance crews. Told them about my concerns. And a short while later I got a call back to make things right. Original Review: Usually Great service, however, I had a recent furnace cleaning appointment, and usually I would get a call to my cellphone (even if there was an earlier opening, and I would be asked if they could come in earlier or at an earlier date) But this time, I noticed a door hanger sign, stating they couldn’t deliver oil between X time, to X time. Just wanted to take the time to say of all the oil companies these guys are the best they always go above and beyond I’ve never dealt with such a professional organization like this in my life
I recently left my oil company and switched to Schildwachter. Their staff is so knowledgeable and was ready to answer any questions I had. The top company for home heating oil . Oil delivery has always been correctly scheduled, oil prices have been fair and competitive, but it is their service department that really makes them better than the rest! Fast responsive, personable service technician ( Juan ) Always professional, Always on time and always available when needed.
