I don't know how this doctor has good reviews! I visited him in September 2020 with acute hip pain and he DID NOTHING! Did not order X-rays or MRI. Just prescribed useless medication! And it happens that I had an acetabular FRACTURE of the hip, that if caught in September, could have not degenerate to the point of me not able to walk at all now in December 2020!
Dr Carter is one of the best doctors in the world, he is extremely knowledgeable and explains the options very clearly to understand what is the best medical option suited. He would always say, " I am a surgeon with a pen!" ie write a script for PT....until surgery was eminent.
Dr Carter has has operated on my shoulder, and both knees, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Always spends as much time as I needed explaining my options and is a true professional The staff there is always helpful and courteous
Dr. Carter successfully repaired a 3" tear in my left shoulder rotator cuff. He is highly competent and is a great guy!
