This place never picks up the phone, if they do they send you to a random adjuster who will simply hang up the phone and never return your calls. Terrible service about to get my lawyer involved now which I was trying to avoid

No stars! I was in an accident in November of 24. Fred loya's insured ran a stop sign and came out right in front of me in a matter of 30 feet. Had I not braked as hard as I could, your insured would have tboned my car with my daughter on the passenger side of my car. The collision, however, caused my car to lose the front bumper and cause damage to my frame. I proactively filed a claim the same day, which was a Saturday. I didn't hear anything for days.
