Fred Loya Insurance has been the worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. The service has been absolutely terrible from start to finish. First, the deductibles are outrageously high — often $2,000 or more. If your car has to be towed, they only cover $100, which is unrealistic because hardly anyone tows a vehicle for that amount anymore. Con Artists. Scammer. Frauds. Supposed to be affordable insurance for the lower-income market. But they're not. Hidden fees. Scam tactics. If you don't agree to pay those extra, hidden fees, they say they won't pay for any damages incurred in an accident. Basic coverage, but high deductibles starting at $1000. Always helpful. They rarely raise rates.
