So rude the attendants on customer service are pathetic so unprofessional even when you can’t speak clearly at least be polite in your approach to client I went to the one in Spring valley trust me those ladies are most rudest people maybe they need to be reeducated on the importance of customer service! Disgusting behavior from an ordinary client service attendant is so ugly and unacceptable we can all do better !

Llamé a esta oficina para una cotización por primera vez y la persona que me está ayudando me dice que piden un deducible de $2,500.00 y le digo porqué tanto? si otras compañias tienen diferentes deducibles de $1000, $500 o de $250 y me dice , lo siento pero eso es lo que estámos pidiendo. Eso es ridículo, ridículo ridículo!!! Inaceptable....
