Terrible service. You walk in and not even a greeting. Staff is disinterested, incompetent, and more focused on their break time than helping customers. They don’t know how to do their job and just waste your time. An absolute disgrace of an office.
So rude the attendants on customer service are pathetic so unprofessional even when you can’t speak clearly at least be polite in your approach to client I went to the one in Spring valley trust me those ladies are most rudest people maybe they need to be reeducated on the importance of customer service! Disgusting behavior from an ordinary client service attendant is so ugly and unacceptable we can all do better !
