La atención es pesima fatal aparte después de las 5:50 no atienden no entendí para que dice hasta las 6pm no pierdan aquí el tiempo y súper caro una póliza aquí no vale la pena

Is a cut rate 2nd class insurance agency. Claims processing extremely slow. Takes at least 40 days to get a decision and then will make every effort to deny the claim.
I use fred loya for insurance, and they are really good and affordable. Even lowered my rate when I moved to new Braunfels. But I went in today, and drove up from new Braunfels, I had to use the restroom very badly, and was told by the lady at the desk that the restroom was for employees only. I mean I pay this company over 1000.00 dollars a year, and I am not entitled to use this facilities? What a joke. I had to stop what I was doing, to drive to taco bell next door, just to use the restroom, then come back. That is poor s... read more
