The staff is terrible; they have absolutely no aptitude for customer service. One woman, in particular, is extremely rude when dealing with customers. I filed a report requesting to speak with the manager, but all they said was that they would resolve the issue I had—and nothing has happened. It has been over three weeks, and no one has done a thing. If you don't like your jobs, find another line of work, because you certainly aren't providing good customer service.
Hands down the worst insurance I have ever worked with. My car was hit by one of their drivers more than two months ago and my car is still in the shop with no work being performed because the insurance company refuses to process the claim. We have contacted them several times, to no avail. Most body shops we tried to go to simply refuse to work with Fred Loya due to their shoddy reputation. Is a cut rate 2nd class insurance agency. Claims processing extremely slow. Takes at least 40 days to get a decision and then will make every effort to deny the claim.
