I use fred loya for insurance, and they are really good and affordable. Even lowered my rate when I moved to new Braunfels. But I went in today, and drove up from new Braunfels, I had to use the restroom very badly, and was told by the lady at the desk that the restroom was for employees only. I mean I pay this company over 1000.00 dollars a year, and I am not entitled to use this facilities? What a joke. have had the most horrible experience through Fred Loya, adjuster is a nightmare, claims process whole 9 yards. Super frustrated with them. would give negative stars if i could.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I tried to cancel my policy and got the run around from like 5 different locations, no management on site and when you do get one on the phone they lie. When I finally did manage to cancel my policy and verified with a manager they would no longer draft from my account, THEY STILL DRAFTED THE PAYMENT. I can't imagine how hard it's gonna be to get my money back. This is just my most recent experience. Over the course of 2 years they raised my rate 5 times with no notice.
