I had made a call to this local Fred Loya here in Merced where I originally opened up my insurance on Yosemite Avenue, i called on Saturday, February 7, 2026. I called about five minutes before they closed because I was at work and I received a voicemail to make my payment, l have set up my auto pay several times with them and it never seems to work. I currently have an insurance claim opened with them since the beginning of January of 2024 after hitting an animal that did damage to my car. They still have not resolved my situation and I have been paying insurance and car payments on a vehicle that I do not have. They are still rejecting to cover all the damages done to my car. It has been the up most difficult to get a hold of anyone in claims and have them help you resolve this ongoing situation. I would not recommend getting my car insured through them.
